What are Chakras?
The seven chakras are the centers in our bodies in which energy flows through.
The word chakra (pronounced shock-ra or chock-ra) means wheel or disk in Sanskrit. It is a center of spinning energy which nourishes the physical body. Its vitality is directly related to our social, sexual and spiritual energy. There are seven main chakras in the body, located in very specific places.
Blocked energy in our seven chakras can often lead to illness, so it's important to understand what each chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely.
